    Guacamole 内部使用 UTF-8，但 VNC 剪贴板默认按 ISO-8859-1 处理，这个字符集无法表示中文。两端编码能力或配置不一致，就可能乱码。需要保证 VNC Server 剪贴板使用 UTF-8，然后加上 JumpServer 设置环境变量 VNC_CLIPBOARD_ENCODING=UTF-8 ，传输链路编码一致才能不乱码。
