Add :cylon/user

Put in :cylon/user the full result of the authentication, so we can
access open-id info.

Since :cylon/user contains the open-id sub and access-token,
:cylon/subject-identifier should be :cylon/access-token should be
considered deprecated and will be removed in a future release.
