• bash, curl, tar, and POSIX utilities.
• unzip - required for Windows binary extraction (if on Windows/WSL).

• macOS: Intel (x86_64) and Apple Silicon (ARM64)
• Linux: x86_64, ARM64, ARMv7, i686, PowerPC64, PowerPC64LE, s390x
• FreeBSD: x86_64
• Windows: x86_64, i686 (requires unzip)

Plugin:

asdf plugin add rip2
# or
asdf plugin add rip2 https://github.com/jahands/asdf-rip2.git

rip2:

# Show all installable versions
asdf list-all rip2

# Install specific version
asdf install rip2 latest

# Set a version globally (on your ~/.tool-versions file)
asdf global rip2 latest

# Now rip2 commands are available
rip --version
