HTTP and WebSocket client worker with ZeroMQ interface

SIGSEGV handler which prints the debug stack trace for C/C++ projects on Linux. It is configurable and rather robust.

Integration for Acra and google-breakpad

Sync working branch. `master` in this repository is stable, and tracks https://hg.mozilla.org/services/services-central. Other branches are owned by developers, and are subject to change.
