Known issues (as of 1.3.0):

• MIDI isn't handled consistently in different split types
• [linux] Plugin editor windows aren't forced to the top correctly
• Crashed plugins dialogue can't be dismissed without closing the plugin selector window
• Plugin open error dialogue can't be dismissed without closing the plugin selector window
