Adds support for AWS Secret Engine with tests and docs
I tried to re-use existing code pattern and modules and tests, feel free to comment if it does not match somehow so code can be kept clean
Implementation is being used by a https://github.com/novadiscovery/novops branch, it works fine so far :)
