Colors Should Let You More Directly Set Using Numbers Rather Than Color Sampling #3573

I think that the color options should have some option to more easily set colors, such as sliders and/or a hex color code.

Also it would be nice to have some sort of way to turn a hex color code string into an actual color. I've done this before with basic blocks to do custom hex to decimal conversions, but it would be nice for there to be a more simple way of doing this.
