Additional context

This machine uses a Thermoblock rather than a boiler. It has a basic factory PID, but I am interested in Gaggimate for flow profiling, mobile app control, and better pre-infusion (I have a Gaggia Classic E24 with Gaggimate Pro, but the Ascaso is just a much nicer machine and heats up quicker). I believe this PID version of the machine was released in 2021, and an older version has a traditional boiler.
