jordyfontoura/README.md

I'm passionate about my wife, have 2 cats that I love very much, and I've been into programming and games since I was 10 years old, which is when I started coding in RPG Maker.

After some time I learned frontend development, entered college for computational mathematics, and since 2018 I've been working as a software developer. In my free time, I develop some open-source tools in TypeScript and Rust, and occasionally make some games too.

πŸš€ Open Source Projects

Here are some projects I've developed and shared with the community:

Lightning-fast Rust CLI to scan and clean files ignored by .gitignore. Perfect for freeing up disk space and keeping your projects organized.

Crates.io License: MIT

Smart proxy that automatically detects which package manager you're using (npm, yarn or pnpm) and forwards the commands. No more typing the wrong command!

Crates.io License: MIT

TypeScript library for elegant and type-safe error handling. Forget nested try-catch blocks and work with Rust-inspired Result types.

npm License: MIT

πŸ’» Current Stack

I mainly work with TypeScript/Node.js on the backend (Nest.js, Fastify) and React/Next.js or Vue/Nuxt.js on the frontend. I also code in Rust when I need performance or CLI tools.
