Chromium
🚧 This is a new page! So it is under construction. Things can change or break. Caveat emptor!
ℹ️ NOTE: This will only work for Raspberry Pi 2 or 3. But no worries, for $35 you can upgrade. I still like the Pi 2.

Or You can run ./get_chromium.sh
To execute Chromium, run chromium-browser.
During your first run of Chromium, you will be asked to log in using your Google account. Pretty standard procedure. This will also install all your Chrome plugins. That part will take a little while, especially if you have some high end tools.
Using Chromium is by no way a light task for your Raspberry Pi to handle. As usual, when you close Chromium, there will still be chromium-browser tasks running in the background according to htop, which means a good part of your memory may be taken and used for Chromium.
I installed this for the familiarity and because using Ice Weasel was terrible. (Seriously, Mozilla?!)
Still, the rewards outweigh the risks. And as always, when working with Raspberry Pi, the focus should be on development of new programs such that we don't have to use large memory-and-process-eating programs which could be there to scrap for personal infomation.
