Fine-scale population structure of Atlantic salmon in the Miramichi River

Population genomic analyses of data for Wellband et al. 2018 (in prep). These scripts have only been tested and used for the purposes of the authors of the above article, and have no guarantees of usefulness for other purposes.

This collection of scripts were mostly written to be used interactively in RStudio and do not function as a pipeline. You should be able to re-create the analyses by downloading the associated data: [dryad link to be inserted] into the 01_data folder and executing the scripts in order.
