Click on the Gear Icon. Select arcigspro-py3 (Default) and clone it with a new name:

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\ESRI\conda\envs\arcgispro-py3-clean

Repeat the last step with a new name:

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\ESRI\conda\envs\WS

Click the ... button in the WS environment and select Activate.

conda install -c conda-forge pandas pytz --force-reinstall 

1. Download Hadoop binaries from: https://github.com/cdarlint/winutils

2. Steps:

   • Download the ZIP file
   • Unzip it
   • Copy the Hadoop-3.3.6 folder to C:\
   • Rename it to Hadoop
