Kayrock 1.0.0 is now published on Hex. Widen the version constraint from exact '== 1.0.0-rc2' to '~> 1.0' so the 1.x line is tracked, and refresh mix.lock. All gate checks pass against kayrock 1.0.0: format, credo --strict, compile --warnings-as-errors, mix test.unit (3198 tests, 0 failures).
