add app icon + program screenshot; wire lilac logo into titlebar and exe

Lilac flower logo ships as electron/build/icon.png — electron-builder
uses it for Lilac.exe, the BrowserWindow taskbar entry, and renderer
titlebar. README now shows a screenshot of the running app and links
to the Releases page for the prebuilt zip.
