More work on
black=25.9.0compat:Preview.normalize_cr_normalizeis new, so we need to allow olderPreviewclasses that don't have that value.Additionally, this introduces a lower bound on
black, which may allow us to remove some parts of theblackcompatmodule (but to really know, we need to run end-to-end tests, minus the cli parsing).
