Summary of Changes

Hello @sachinprasadhs, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request prepares for an upcoming release by updating the Keras library's version number. Additionally, it refines the public API by removing the OrbaxCheckpoint callback from direct external access, effectively internalizing its usage within the framework.

Highlights

  • Version Update: The Keras library's internal version number has been incremented from 3.12.0 to 3.13.0, signaling a new release or development cycle.
  • OrbaxCheckpoint API Removal: The OrbaxCheckpoint callback has been removed from the public Keras API. It is no longer directly importable via keras.callbacks.OrbaxCheckpoint or keras.api.callbacks.OrbaxCheckpoint, indicating it is now an internal-only component.

Code Review

This pull request updates the release version to 3.13.0 and makes the OrbaxCheckpoint callback internal by removing it from the public API. The changes are straightforward and correctly remove the exports. I have one suggestion regarding the orbax_checkpoint.py file to improve code clarity and ensure documentation accuracy following this change.
