Description
The installation instructions for both olm and non-olm should mention how to do multi-namespace installation.
If we update the csv metadata to expose all modes, then I believe olm will default to installing cluster-wide. If we are not comfortable with that as the default, then we'll leave the metadata as is and document how to patch the csv.
Value Proposition
Expose the current multi-namespace support.
Goals
Give users the option of running the operator cluster wide with the expectation that the existing/simplistic handling will be sufficient for many scenarios.
Non-Goals
Adddress new multi-namespace concerns such as blast-radius and handling of multiple keycloak versions.
