This PR will update the Selenium dependencies to version 4: #29779. Because of the new situation in the team, and working on the new PoC framework #29517, this doesn't make sense to merge, since it will be delivered differently and will be used as a knowledge base. There will be a post step to remove the Safari and Appium dependencies #29921. |
