add archive folder which includes : ["archive/BraTS2021_Training_Data.tar","archive/BraTS2021_00495.tar","archive/BraTS2021_00621.tar"] and list.json file into "BRats2021" folder. Run python3 data_processing.py to extract file and devide into train, test set.
