Added support for installing generic (WCID) drivers.

Can also list and remove all devices using drivers provided by zadig.

Better driver handling

 - Fix matching for items with no interface specified (non compisite devices)

 - Don't abort for unsupported drivers (ex: libusb0 not compiled in)

 - Don't mess with non-libwdi drivers (see comments in kiidrv.cpp)
