Upgrade to
go-toml/v2@v2.1.0fromgo-toml@v1.9.3and make associated changes to address breaking changes between v1/v2.@kkyr -- As far as I can tell, this upgrade is compatible with existing functionality. The entire migration list can be found here: https://github.com/pelletier/go-toml/tree/v2#migrating-from-v1
