Version 2.1 updates include:

  • Adding example scripts and EGFR data to demonstrate Prize-Collecting Steiner Forest (PCSF) integration (#4)
  • Adding a script to prepare prizes for PCSF from the TPS input files (#4)
  • Adding a script to summarize PCSF output files for TPS (#4)
  • Creating a temporal-interpretation.tsv output file that shows the allowed activity events for each protein at each time point, inferred by the dataflow solver (#2)
  • Refactoring the TPS data parsing and synthesis code (#2)
  • Updating input file format descriptions in the README
