Restructure the way the MainActivity handles intents to be able to connect to shortcuts and URLs without a race condition. This also fixes the activity launch tests so they can actually test something.

When authenticating with biometric keys, the system BiometricPrompt dialog causes the IME to be dismissed. This adds a LaunchedEffect that monitors for the biometric prompt completing and automatically shows the software keyboard afterward (unless a hardware keyboard is connected).
