Hi, I'm Lucas 👋

Software Developer & Implementation Manager based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil 🇧🇷

I work building, maintaining and improving systems used in real production environments — always close to users, processes and business needs.

My focus is on delivering reliable solutions, improving existing systems and bridging the gap between technical teams and real-world problems.
