理由
地域共生社会の実現を図るため、地域生活課題の解決に資する支援を包括的に行う市町村の事業に対する交付金及び国等の補助の特例の創設、地域の特性に応じた介護サービス提供体制の整備等の推進、医療・介護のデータ基盤の整備の推進、社会福祉連携推進法人に係る所轄庁の認定制度の創設、介護人材確保及び業務効率化の取組の強化等の所要の措置を講ずる必要がある。これが、この法律案を提出する理由である。
