FYI I tested with this extra change: vandalt@7cf4cf8 that was linked-to from #3 because that was the only way to have both forwards and inverse search working. This branch includes both changes and could merged instead: https://github.com/lnay/evince-synctex/tree/personal |

Currently the tex file is assumed to have the base name as the PDF file, this enforces a few limitations on the user's LaTeX project:
