Hey! I'm Lauren

I am a social data scientist and currently a postdoctoral research fellow in computational social sciences in the DIVIDED project and a senior research scientist at the Verian Group (UK), specialising in methodology and data analytics. I am mainly based at the LSE Data Science Institute where I am based as a visiting fellow. I just defended my PhD at the European University Institute (EUI). My work mainly concerns various political economy topics and natural language processing, working mainly in Python and R. I Like plotting random data too. In my free time I love writing my data Substack (@lauren225268, so please do check it out!
