It took a hot minute but here it is, Bookr PSP for modern firmwares without the need for anything else. I have tested this on my ARK-4 6.61 PSP-2000. I'm not sure what bugs there are as this project jumped from CFW 1.5 to CFW 6.6. There will probably be quite a few!
