The current name at https://lichess.org/opening/English_Opening_Symmetrical_Variation_Symmetrical_Variation doesn't make much sense to me. I'm a fan of calling 1.c4 c5 2.Nc3 Nc6 3.g3 g6 the Symmetrical Variation, but after Bg2 and Bg7 I think we should remove the redundancy and call it the Ultra-Symmetrical variation, similar to what they use on Chess.con here and 365Chess.com here. It seems to be better known as the Ultra-Symmetrical Variation.
