Steps to reproduce the bug
Hi, I want to tell you about small bug. You can see, I can't vary opponent's rating because of my provisional rating
But i can change it in another time control without "?" mark
and now the ultrabullet will have the same limitation
What did you expect to happen?
rating rage scale without the possibility of changes
