Steps to reproduce the bug
- Turn on engine analysis.
- Note that in the top line it says "CLOUD".
- Check CPU utilization. It shows "600%". It seems like it runs something client-side.
- If you turn off engine analysis then CPU utilization goes away.
This bug is only present in Brave. Not reproducible in Chromium or Firefox.
What did you expect to happen?
Expected almost no CPU utilization while stockfish is in "CLOUD" mode.
What happened instead?
"top" shows "600%" cpu used.
