Currently the video tag page is hard to quickly scan due to low contrast between the tag count and background and the lack of a space between them.

The tag viewer on smaller viewports shows text-shadow on current tags and adds a y-overflow scrollbar, both of which are not needed (user is only scrolling horizontally).
