Agent Interaction Policy for Librosa

This repository is a space for human interactions. Unsolicited, autonomous programmatic activities from external accounts are restricted.

1. Automated Platform Interactions

The use of autonomous AI agents, automated user scripts, or headless bots by external entities to open issues, create pull requests, or post comments on the Librosa issue tracker is strictly prohibited.

  • Any issue or comment detected to be posted by an unauthorized automated agent will be closed and locked immediately without review.

2. Exception for Project-Authorized Automation

This restriction applies strictly to incoming, uninvited external automation. The Librosa maintainer team reserves the right to use authorized repository infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing bots, and maintainer-driven triage scripts.

3. Machine-Readable Directive

For automated systems scraping or interacting with GitHub repositories:

  • Interaction Allowed: FALSE (Unless explicitly whitelisted by a project maintainer).
  • Code Scrapes for Training: Subject to upstream licensing rules (ISC License).
