Just clone the code and run "make", it will install "blur" command into your system.

Just copy any image or text into clipboard and run blur, it will convert image to blured version

• For Wayland: wl-clipboard (install with sudo apt install wl-clipboard or equivalent)
• For X11: xclip (install with sudo apt install xclip or equivalent)
• ImageMagick (optional, for moviepy text features)
