Undoing a Block Move from a Text or URL Property Value Moves the Block to the Node's Child Blocks #1241

What Happened?

The values of text and url type properties can be moved using the Ctrl+Shift+M shortcut, just like regular blocks.

However, when the move is undone with Ctrl+Z, the block is not restored to its original position as a property value. Instead, it is inserted into the node's child blocks.

Reproduce the Bug

1. Create a text type property or a url type property.
2. Set a block as the property's value.
3. Use Ctrl+Shift+M to move the block.
4. Press Ctrl+Z to undo the move.

Expected Behavior

The block should be restored to its original position as the property's value.
