Adds MCP Lab — a "Postman for MCP servers": a web UI that connects to any MCP server over HTTP/SSE, lists its tools, generates an argument form from each tool's input schema, and renders the result formatted instead of raw JSON-RPC.
Follows the existing entry format (TOC link + table + description), inserted alphabetically after "MCP CLI client".
