WURFL patch containing data for Japanese handsets from the three major carriers (docomo, au, and SoftBank). Additionally, tools for parsing the carrier documentation and generating the patch from it.

We be believe, like the base WURFL, the WURFL patch itself to be in the public domain, and as such no license is required for the patch. However, if you are worried this is not the case, you may license in under the same BSD License as the source.
