This PR adds a new metric to the rank-based metric results, which measures the mean difference between (relative) optimistic and pessimistic ranks. Thus, a positive value indicates that there are candidates receiving the same score.
The metric does not fit very well into the existing key format
(metric_key, target, rank_type), since it has norank_typeassociated to it.
