Remove __version__ #100

I'd like to consider removing importlib_resources.__version__. Reasons:
- It causes problems for environments where metadata is missing,
- It is hardly better than
importlib.metadata.version('importlib_resources'), and - It doesn't have a counterpart in its upstream port (importlib.resources).
