In Windows VS Code, pi-vscode doesn't seem to work well with ssh-remote/git and sensing code changes.
I use ssh-remote (VS Code in Windows, my project+repo on a linux server). When I use this pi extension, git then seems to be made not aware of code changes that the extension makes. If I press Refresh on the SSH tab, or Ctrl-Shift-P reload the window, it then sees the changes. This is a problem.
A delete of the linux ~/.vscode-server folder to clear things out and force a reinstall of the vscode server seems to help, but I have had to disable the extension to make the issue go away completely. Maybe some LSP issue?
When pi has made changes to a file on the remote file system that VS Code doesn't know about, and I also have unsaved changes in the file inside VS Code that I did myself, saving the file turns into an issue very similar to a git merge problem. It offers to compare or Overwrite.
