Describe the user story

We have shipped "global virtual store" via #8190.

But we still have some things to finish

• pnpm store prune or a different command should be able to clean the global virtual store (related PR: feat: enhance store prune to clean global virtual store #10360)
• we should fix some issues with global virtual store and esm modules: Fail to find package in global virtual store #9618
• we might need to come up with a better name instead of "virtual store" (docs: rename virtual store to dependency graph store pnpm.io#683).
• Related issues: Cannot override enableGlobalVirtualStore plugin-better-defaults#2 (comment)
• Global virtual store: packages that execute from the links store can't resolve transitive deps (Angular build, Nuxt install) #12437
