This role configures a Linux (preferably Debian-ish) system to be uniformly styled with the Arc Theme (currently dark variant only) and Papirus icon theme.

Tested on Debian Sid.

• Support QT/KDE apps
• Allow choosing between Arc, Arc-Darker & Arc-Dark
• Handle gracefully cases when f.ex. Firefox or LightDM is not installed
