Further development of the ClojureProtegeIDE project based on the Protege 3.5 ontology editor and rule-based engine of RETE type rete4frames

1. Representing knowledge as ontologies. Using an ontology editor Protege 3.5 to represent a subject area (frame data model) in object-orientet form.

2. RETE algorithm. Protege 3.5 functionality has been expanded with the implementation of the RETE algorithm for knowledge processing. This is especially useful for Expert system fast prototyping.

$ cd <some root folder>
