Simplified version of #189 and #190. Prevents @rvirding local file paths from ending up in builds, like: https://preview.hex.pm/preview/luerl/1.3.0/show/src/luerl_scan.erl Also adds ex_doc for publishing. Another PR can do more cleanup and polishing
