stdoutに出力されたログをWebからフィルタしたりコピーしたり検索したりできるようにする。
ベータ板なので取り扱いは雑です。

Create configuration file on ~/.logatch.config.json the first time logatch or logatch-rec is started.
set logatch server port.
set logatch server host.
