In preparation for a new release of RIS, Ryan suggested that we should add the RIS developers' names to the AUTHORS document. I think we might also want to create a third screen in Credits off the main menu. This is in intro.cpp; I've tinkered with it but haven't worked out how to add a page, though I think the data entry would be simple: we just add lines starting with "{ 2," instead of "{ 0," and "{ 1,".

I will work out the data to input so that if someone wants to fix the back end, I'll have credits to push into it.
