I read that the Dynamic Co-attention Network performed well on this dataset but I did not find this framework or a similar one hosted and documented for applications on a site such as GitHub. Could anyone please recommend to me how I might obtain source code for any standard modern question answering framework, rather than writing one myself from scratch? Is there any commonly used tool, analogous to what OpenNMT is to machine translation?
