Fixes an issue that broke app loading in recent versions of Chrome and Firefox.

This release marks the update from Grunt to Ember CLI and a more modern version of Ember.js. The setup is entirely new (in fact it's based on a newly created app skeleton and repo), but the featureset hasn't changed in this first official release.
