- Set Django debug via environmental variable. - Add PyCharm /.run in-project runserver config. - Add missing STATICFILES_FINDER config re django-pipeline. - Black format of settings.py. - Europe/Lisbon timezone - same as prior London setting; but reflects our Open Collective funding.
