17+ years at Apple, from retail floor to corporate QA. Owned end-to-end quality for device pairing, system settings, and onboarding flows across Apple Watch, iPhone, AirPods, and Beats. Built automation tooling that doubled test coverage and drove a 10x improvement in device setup performance.
